My stay at Montreal Miraflores Hotel had its ups and downs. I loved the location being right off the main social area and close to the beach, but I encountered quite a few cleanliness issues that spoiled the experience. While the staff were kind and helpful, the overall state of the room was disappointing and not what I expected.
